Non‑returnable: beauty, skincare, haircare, and final‑sale items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
